1) stay calm . It's okay at the you may cannot do that but try your best to calm your body and mind.

2) Keep a balance diet .Because food and this type of stuff play a big role in our life. It's not like never eat everything that you see. Eat it if you like it but be on a balance.( Create yourself a diet plan an motivate yourself.)
3) Drink enough water it's helps a lot to make our skin good. Don't forget to drink water even though your busy take a bottle of water and always remain yourself to drink it.
4) Eat fruits and vegetables in your daily life before going to bed or eat after you had your breakfast in the morning. You can whatever you want make sure that the fruits you are having in good for your body.
5) Do workout . Workout play a 50% role in your body. Just workout for 2 weeks you can see yourself your getting better day by day. It's not only for good skin it also help your health which is a important thing in our life
